Order Processing Time

Processing and shipping times vary.

Most merchandise orders such as mugs, t-shirts, and puzzles are processed for shipment within 5 days and are mailed directly from the supplier. See individual products for the most accurate delivery estimate.

Original artwork and signed photographic print orders can take up to 6 weeks to process for shipment due to Nicky’s health and unpredictable travel.

If your item is needed sooner, please e-mail Info@NickyBrendon.com. Allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your order.

Shipping Carrier

We typically ship via USPS firsty class, priority, and priority international and do not ship on U.S. holidays.

Shipping Times

Once your order is processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days. International orders typically arrive within 15 to 30 business days.

If there is a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.

Returns

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please e-mail Info@NickyBrendon.com within 45 days of purchase for U.S. orders and 60 days for international orders so that we can issue a refund, a store credit, or to exchange for an item of equal value. Items returned after the 45-day return period (60-day for international) are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

To make a return, please e-mail Info@NickyBrendon.com with your order number. We’ll help you process your return and provide a free shipping label for you to return the item to us. You can repackage your item and drop it off at the post office. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.
